2. What is included in the baseline M&C?
The baseline M&C includes all modules needed for equipment M&C such as automation, orchestration, visualisation, and reporting.

3. How many drivers do you support?
The baseline M&C supports monitoring of up to 25 devices.

Yes. Customers can choose between operator training and engineering training.
6. How is maintenance handled?

We encourage our customers to set up the system by themselves. This is what makes Monica a unique solution. No external editors required. Minimal programming is needed, with declarative configuration preferred wherever possible, using built-in visual editors. During the configuration process, our team is available for guidance and support.
